Terms of Service

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms of Service (TOS) govern the use of the IGBoost service, an Instagram engagement platform. By using our services, you fully accept these terms.

Article 2 - Service Description

IGBoost offers Instagram engagement packs that include real and active accounts interacting with your posts. The service includes automatic likes, saves, views, and comments based on the chosen pack.

Article 3 - Subscription and Pricing

Prices are displayed excluding VAT. VAT may be added based on your location and tax situation. Subscriptions are monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

Article 4 - Available Packs

We offer several engagement packs:

• 24-hour free trial: 100 engagement credits to test the service
• Solo Pack: 1 pack (100 accounts) for regular engagement
• Duo Pack: 2 packs (200 accounts) for increased visibility
• Custom Plan: 3+ packs for high-demand accounts

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to fully performed digital content services before the end of the withdrawal period with express consumer consent. By activating your subscription, you expressly agree that service execution begins immediately.

Article 6 - Payment

Payments are processed via our partner Mollie. We accept major credit cards and local payment methods. Invoices are generated automatically and sent by email.

Article 7 - User Obligations

The user agrees to: provide accurate information, not use the service for illegal purposes, respect Instagram's Terms of Service, not share access to their account.

Article 8 - Liability

IGBoost cannot be held responsible for: Instagram algorithm changes, third-party account suspensions, service interruptions beyond our control. Our engagement commitment is provided with a ±15% variation for authenticity.

Article 9 - Account Termination

The user may cancel their subscription at any time. The service remains active until the end of the paid period. IGBoost reserves the right to terminate an account in case of Terms of Service violation.

Article 10 - Personal Data

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to GDPR compliance and protecting your data.

Article 11 - Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
